MINUTES OF THE MEETING - DRAFT
Thursday 12 May 2022 at Grimoldby Village Hall at 7.30 pm

4. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS
(4.1) Minutes of Parish Council meeting 6th January 2022 at Grimoldby Village Hall, at 7.30pm proposed Cllr Needham and seconded by Cllr s wood. Agreed
5. MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES.
(5.1) Clerk confirmed that payment of £100 has been made to West View Cottages for hire of site for the Jubilee event. . Cost of Itchy Fingers will be £200. Chairs and tables hired from Grimoldby Village hall they are to be collected on Saturday 4th June at 12 noon and returned on Monday 6th June between 11.30 and 12 noon.
(5.2) Payment to West View Cottages for electricity to power defibrillator has been made,
6. PLATINUM JUBILEE
(6.1) Details of progress to date along with more detailed arrangements for the event to be discussed at a later time.
7. FINANCE REPORT
(7.1) Due to an administrative error on the part of ELDC an excess payment of £6750 had been received for the 2022/23 Parish precept. This has now been refunded to ELDC
(7.2) Current overall balance is £4823.24 Business Account £2260.67 SCPCC Account £2562.57.
(7.3) No outstanding Invoices but balance of £626.50 to Top Farm Catering due to be made within next three weeks.
8 CORRESPONDANCE REPORT
(8.1) Councillors confirmed receipt of the weekly LALC updates and the electronic copy of LALC News
(8.2) No other outstanding correspondence
9 PLANNING MATTERS
(9 1) No new planning applications had been received.
10 MATTERS APERTAINING TO PARISH BUSINESS
(10.1) None

Arranged for 7.30 pm Monday 12 September.
