MINUTES OF THE MEETING - DRAFT
Monday 25th September 2023 at Grimoldby Village Hall at 7.30 pm
Present -Cllr S Needham (Chair), Cllr S Wood, Cllr P Hope
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE – None
2. DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS - None
3. COOPTION OF COUNCILLORS
(3.1) No one has to date come forward indicating a willingness to be co-opted.
4. PUBLIC QUESTIONS/ PRESENTATIONS
(4.1) None
5. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS
(5.1) Ref minute (9.1) after further discussions it was decided not to include a letter with the Village News.
(5.2) Cllr Wood asked for her previous request to be copied in to all received emails to be rescinded.
6. FINANCE REPORT
(6.1) Current overall balance is £4273.28 Business Account £2272.33 SCPCC Account £2000.95.
(6.2) Outstanding Invoices. NCM - £160, Clerk’s expenses £69 and Village Hall Hire £20.
(6.3) Consideration of request for £300 for continued receipt of copies of Village News to be considered at next meeting when Budget for 2024-25 settled.
(6.4) Payment of £25 for defibrillator electricity due in January 2024
7 CORRESPONDANCE REPORT
(7.1) Councillors confirmed receipt of the weekly LALC updates and the electronic copy of LALC News
8 PLANNING MATTERS
(8.1) Response to Planning Application N/158/01400/23 ref Saddleback House had been submitted there have been no further planning applications received.
9 MATTERS APERTAINING TO PARISH BUSINESS
(9.1) Land surveys being conducted within the Parish relate to the proposed pipeline to transport liquefied carbon dioxide from Immingham to Theddlethorpe.
