3. PUBLIC QUESTIONS/ PRESENTATIONS –
(3.1) None
4 MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS
(4.1) The minutes of Parish Annual meeting held on Monday 18 May 20, 7.pm proposed Cllr Needham and seconded by Cllr B. Batman. Agreed
(4.2) The minutes of Parish Council meeting held Monday 18th May at 7.30pm proposed Cllr S Needham, seconded Cllr N Hole, agreed.
5 MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES.
(5.1) The replacement bench for Church Walk has yet to be installed. Awaiting clearance of Covid 19 since footpath very narrow and to ensure social distancing installation has been postponed
6 FINANCE REPORT
(6.1) Current overall balance is £4912.14 Business Account £2260.27 SCPCC Account £2651.87.
(6.2) No invoice has still been received for the last 3 meetings of Parish Council at Village Hall on 23 September, 13th January and March 20th
(6.3) Confirmation of the receipt of Certificate of Exemption has been received from the Auditors –a copy of the confirmation circulated to Councillors for information..
7 CORRESPONDANCE
(7.1) Councillors confirmed they had all received the weekly LALC updates.
(7.2) Councillors also confirmed they had received details of confirmation of renewal of GDPR registration; details of Dynamic Dunescape Project, details of Beach Management programme copies of correspondence relating to new web site; details informing FTTP of the Parish Council not wishing to proceed at this time with their Internet Access Scheme for the village.
8 NEW WEB SITE MATTERS
(8.1) Clerk outlined issues that had arisen with the setting up of the new web site being provided by Lincolnshire County Council. Attention was also drawn to the many Policy Documents that the Parish Council was now or very soon to be legally available on the site.
9. PLANNING MATTERS
(9 1) N158/00504.20 Angus Energy application regarding Saltfleetby B Site Howdales has been approved.
10 MATTERS APERTAINING TO PARISH BUSINESS
(10.1)Chair gave details of the cause of the failure for the refuse and recycling bins of some properties within the village not being collected in recent weeks. She had contacted the appropriate ELDC department and the issue should now have been resolved.
11 DATE OF NEXT MEETING
Arranged for 7.30 pm Monday 7th December, Clerk to provisionally book Grimoldby Village Hall if possible and a virtual meeting using Zoom in the event of Covid 19 Action Clerk
