MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD

            None

  1. PUBLIC QUESTIONS/ PRESENTATIONS –

(4,1) Issue of oil leak into drain along South View Lane had been raised by a parishioner enquiring what action Parish Council was taking. Issue has been reported to Environment Agency who are allegedly aware of the issue and dealing with it. Also informed ELDC who have sent an officer to try to locate source of leak. Cllr S Wood has asked Environment Agency to keep her updated but no contact to date. Cllr S Wood to contact Environment Agency again as she extremely concerned abot potential environmental impact if matter not resolved quickly

(4.2) Clarification as to purpose of ‘residential; style mobile home that has appeared in the grounds of a property in village and what permissions if any for such a development were needed and obtained. Clerk had contacted ELDC to seek clarification on the issue as Parish Council has no authority in such matters, ELDC to arrange for Enforcement Officer to investigate the matter and will report back to Parish Council

  1.  MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS

(5.1) The minutes of Parish Council meeting held on Monday11th January 2021, at 7.30pm proposed Cllr N. Hole and seconded by Cllr S. Wood. Agreed

  1. MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES.

(6.1) None.

  1. FINANCE REPORT

      (7.1) Current overall balance is £5683.37 Business Account £2260.41   SCPCC Account £3422.96.

           (7.2)  Zurich Insurance for 2021/21 has been paid - £262.65.

           (7.3) NCM have carried out a cut of Village Green but no invoice for the work received to date.

        

     8. CORRESPONDANCE

            (8.1) Councillors confirmed they had all received the weekly LALC updates and the electronic copy of LALC News

             (8.2) No other outstanding correspondence

       9      PLANNING MATTERS

(9 1)   No planning matters

10   MATTERS APERTAINING TO PARISH BUSINESS

(10.1)Cllr B Batman raised the issue of the damaged manhole cover at edge of village green which she had reported to LCC Highways. Repairs and replacement are being managed,

To be arranged in September. Date to be confirmed pending clarification of Covid restrictions being amended,
