1. Election of Officers
(1.1) Chairman- Cllr S Needham proposed as Chairman by Cllr P Hope, seconded by Cllr N Hole. Elected unopposed
(1.2) Vice Chair – Cllr S Wood proposed as Vice Chair by Cllr N Hole, seconded Cllr B Batman. Elected unopposed.
2 Minutes of Annual Meeting held 13th May 2019
(2.1) Minutes had been approved at Parish Council Meeting September 23rd 2019
3.Matters Arising from previous Annual General Meeting
(3.1) None.
4.Finance Report
(4.1) The Annual governance statement is approved by this smaller authority as detailed in the Local Councils in England Annual Return. Proposed Cllr N Hole seconded Cllr S Wood. Agreed unanimously
(4.2) The accounting statements for 2019/20 are approved. Proposed by Cllr B Batman, seconded by Cllr S Wood. Agreed unanimously
(4.3) Approval of Certificate of Exemption Proposed Cllr B. Batman, seconded by Cllr S Wood. Agreed unanimously.
(4.4) The Clerk reported that at the financial year-end there was a balance of £2136.01in the Parish Council Account and £2259.81 in the Parish Council Business Account. Proposed by Cllr S Needham and seconded by Cllr N. Hole to approve the accounts for 2019/20 Agreed unanimously
5.Chairman’s Report
(5.1) Chairman gave a verbal report summarising the activities of the Parish Council during the last twelve months. She thanked all members of the Parish Council and the Clerk for their ongoing efforts and support throughout the past year.
