  1.  MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS

(4.1) The minutes of Parish Council meeting held on Monday 7th December 2020, at 7.30pm proposed Cllr Needham and seconded by Cllr s Wood. Agreed

  1. MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES.

              (5.1) Cllr Needham confirmed that all the excess vegetation around the bus shelter had been cleared.

             (5.2) Cllr Wood reported that she had carried out mid year audit of accounts and all had been satisfactory.

  1. FINANCE REPORT

      (6.1) Current overall balance is £4890.22 Business Account £2260.35   SCPCC Account £2629.87.

           (6.2) Clerk’s expenses to date amount to £97.44. Some of purchased materials not yet used (computer ink £31.92) Clerk directed to submit claim for balance £65.52)             Action Clerk

           (6.3) NCM have confirmed willingness to cut grass along Church Walk and Village Green at same cost as in 2020. Not able to confirm starting date due to Covid restrictions.

    7.   PARISH PRECEPT 2021

         (7.1) Following discussions proposed by Cllr Needham and seconded by Cllr Wood that Parish Precept for 2021 be set £1000 the same level as in 2020 ,  Agree unanimously. Action Clerk

     8. CORRESPONDANCE

            (8.1) Councillors confirmed they had all received the weekly LALC updates and the electronic copy of LALC News

            (8.2) No other outstanding correspondence

       9      PLANNING MATTERS

(9 1)   N158/02077/20 Monks Farm, LN11 7DY Plans have been approved.

10   MATTERS APERTAINING TO PARISH BUSINESS

(10.1)Cllr Wood and Cllr Hole raised the issue of potholing along St Leonards Lane. Has been reported – ( see Fix My Road) to LCC and there appears to have been an inspection of the site and road currently has yellow paint around some of the holes indicating possible action by LCC Highways

(10.2) Flooding along Mill Hill , concern that issue has still not been resolved, local traffic now diverting down Chapel Lane to avoid flooding. Clerk to contact LCC for update on the issue.    Action Clerk.
