Monday15th May 2023 at Grimoldby Village Hall at 7.30 pm

- DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS
All Councillors confirmed that they had lodged new Declaration of Interest documents with the Clerk before the meeting as required following their election in May 2023

(3.1)None
- MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS
(4.1) minute (6,1) showed incorrect date for May meeting should be 15th not 18thMay. Amendment to minutes agreed
(4.2)Amended Minutes of Parish Council meeting held on 9th January 2023 approved, proposed Cllr Needham and seconded by Cllr S Wood Agree .
5 MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES.
(5.1) Disappointment was expressed that in spite of the letter circulated to all Parishioners urging them to stand for election to Parish Council not a single additional person had come forward. Consequently the ability of the Parish Council in it present state following the May 2023 elections remains extremely precarious.
Agreed efforts should continue to try to encourage Parishioners to offer themselves for co-option.
- FINANCE REPORT
(6.1) Current overall balance is £4508.33 Business Account £2266.38 SCPCC Account £2241.95
(6.2) Only current outstanding Invoice is for Hall Hire - £20.
. 7 CORRESPONDANCE
(10.1) Councillors confirmed receipt of the weekly LALC updates and the electronic copy of LALC News
(10.2) Cllr S Wood requested to be copied into all e-mails received. Action Clerk
8 PLANNING MATTERS
(8.1) No new planning applications have been received.
9 MATTERS APERTAINING TO PARISH BUSINESS
(9.1) Agreed to include a letter with next edition of the Village News making Parishioner aware of the uncertain future of the Parish Council as a consequence of current Parish Councillor numbers
