3. PUBLIC QUESTIONS/ PRESENTATIONS –
(3.1) None
4. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS
(4.1) The minutes of Parish Council meeting held on Monday 9th March 20, proposed Cllr Needham and seconded by Cllr N Hole. Agreed
5. MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES.
(5.1) The replacement bench for Church Walk has yet to be installed. Awaiting clearance of Covid 19 since footpath very narrow and to ensure social distancing installation has been postponed
(5.2) Some work has been undertaken on some of the outstanding issues within the village in the last week by LCC Highways.
6. STANDING ORDERS
(6.1) Standing Orders were adopted as currently in place for a further 12 months
7. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS.
(7.1) General Data Protection Regulations and Parish Council Policies were adopted as they currently stand for a further 12 month period.
8. FINANCE REPORT
(8.1) Current overall balance is £5101.78 Business Account £2259.91 SCPCC Account £2841.87. The Parish Precept for 2020/21 has been received and paid into the SCPCC Account
(8.2) No invoice has still been received for the last 3 meetings of Parish Council at Village Hall on 23 September, 13th January and March 20th
9. CORRESPONDANCE
(9.1) Councillors confirmed they had all received the weekly LALC updates.
(9.2) No other materials had been received.
10. PLANNING MATTERS
(10 1) The only planning application received had been circulated to Parish Councillors for comments and the period for consultation had now closed.
11. MATTERS APERTAINING TO PARISH BUSINESS
(11.1)There were no issues raised
12. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
Arranged for 7.30 pm Monday September 7th at 7.30, Clerk to provisionally book Grimoldby Village Hall and a virtual meeting using Zoom in the event of Covid 19 Action Clerk
